*It is the responsibility of the customer to select the correct vehicle for delivery items added to their order. If in doubt, go with the larger vehicle. If items do not fit into the vehicle, customer understands they will be charged the full amount quoted for the delivery. If picking up multiple items, customer understands a second trip may be necessary at an additional charge if not already indicated on the quote. In certain cases based on routes and vehicle availability, Haelo Express may elect to send a larger vehicle from what was selected at no additional cost to the customer.
